RE bathing suits: I have fallen in love with Left on Friday bikinis. I love the super high waisted Hi Tide Bottom paired with Fair Out Top or Sunday Top. I accidentally ordered two different purple colors (paradise and punch) and they look so cute I've decided to pretend it was intentional.
Oooh I like the LOF fabrics but I require a beautiful print. I got some pretty ones from the Morris and Co Summersault line, but they arrived after our beach trip. Womp womp.

I also just finished Wild Dark Shore! I thought it was so beautiful - I'm a sucker for a nature theme (gave me some Barbara Kingsolver vibes). I liked it so much Ipicked up her first book, Migrations.

I agree with the BK similarity! It reminded me of excerpts I’ve seen of Poisonwood Bible. I felt like the Wild Dark Shore ending was rushed though?
